The Case
How it came together.
01. Context
Who they are, and where they stood.
The client had grown steadily through referrals for several years, but had never invested in a digital presence that matched the quality of their actual work. Their existing site was built years earlier and hadn’t kept pace with the business.
02. Challenge
The site wasn't losing visitors. It was losing their trust.
Traffic was steady, but almost no one was reaching out. The homepage buried what the business actually does, the mobile experience was difficult to navigate, and there was no clear next step for a visitor who was ready to talk.
03. Insight
What we understood before designing anything.
Visitors weren’t leaving because the site looked dated. They were leaving because they couldn’t quickly answer one question: can this business actually help me.

"The fix wasn't a redesign. It was a clearer argument for why this business is the right choice."

04. Solution
A site structured around one decision at a time.
We rebuilt the information architecture around the visitor’s real questions, simplified the homepage to a single clear value proposition, and gave every page one obvious next step instead of five competing ones.
The new build was paired with a lightweight CMS so the team could update content without depending on a developer for every change.
